Volunteer: Egg Hunt for Kids with Special Needs

April 12

We invite you to be a part of our Egg Hunt for Kids with Special Needs on Saturday, April 12th. This event will feature several egg hunts, along with fun games and activities, creating a memorable day for the kids and families in our community.

We need plenty of volunteers to help make this event a success. Whether you have a little time or a lot to give, there are a variety of ways to serve:

1. Setup Team | Begins at 8:00 AM
Join the team that will get the field and blacktop ready for the day’s egg hunts and activities. Help create a smooth and welcoming environment for our guests.

2. Welcome and Registration Team | Begins at 10:00 AM
Be the first friendly face families see as they arrive! Greet families, assist with registration, and help them get settled.

3. Egg Hunt Teams | Begins at 10:00 AM
There are five different egg hunts tailored to the needs of the children, and we need volunteers to help at each one. You can assist with any of the hunts throughout the morning.

4. Games and Activities Team | Begins at 10:00 AM
Help facilitate inflatable games and a train ride on the blacktop, ensuring all kids have a blast throughout the event.

5. Sensory Station Team | 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Lead sensory-friendly activities that provide a relaxing, engaging experience for kids in a calm setting.

6. Tear Down Team | Begins at 12:30 PM
After the event wraps up, help us clean up and tear down. You’ll assist with packing up supplies, taking down signage, and ensuring the space is the same as we found it.
