Join Grace City Church for a special candlelight Christmas Eve service on Monday, Dec. 24th, at 5 pm. We will meet at Jeffrey Trail Middle School to sing songs, eat Christmas Treats, and hear a short message. Bring the whole family and invite your neighbors to come and celebrate Christmas Eve with us!
Baptism declares to the world you’ve trusted Jesus, joined God’s family, and made a commitment to follow Jesus. It’s pretty special!
If you have never been baptized after salvation, then baptism is your next step.
Our next Baptism will take place on Dec. 23rd, right after the service. Register today to be baptized.
Christmas is about giving. Every year, Grace City Church collects an offering at Christmas in order to give back to our community. We always give away 100% of our Christmas offering. This year, we will be giving to three causes:
The first is to Kids Around the World to help feed kids both physically and spiritually.
Second, we will be supporting the work of our missionaries near and far.
Last, but certainly not least, we typically give to a local family in need. This year, we are blessing a family close to our heart, the Mendez family. The school custodian, Frank, works hard every Sunday and makes it possible for us to worship together at Jeffery Trail Middle School.
So come prepared to give on Sunday, Dec. 16th and give back this Christmas.
We are kicking off Christmas at Grace City by partnering with Kids Around the World and OneMeal to help provide thousands of children with the nutrition they need as well as an opportunity to hear the gospel. Stay after the service on Dec. 2nd and help us pack 23,000 meals that day. Register by clicking here.
Christmas is almost here! And at Grace City, we celebrate all month long with a special theme each Sunday:
December 2nd: Food Packing Sunday
December 9th: Ugly Sweater Sunday
December 16th: Kids’ Christmas Performance
December 23rd: Christmas Photos
December 24th: Christmas Eve Service (5 pm)
Remember, this time of year is so much more than gifts and decorations. Christmas is a time to share the good news about Jesus! Invite your friends and bring your family every Sunday in December as we celebrate the birth of Christ.
Halloween can be an intimidating holiday. Typically, our culture focuses on the dark and scary side of things and as Christians, sometimes we don’t know quite what to do with it. But this is a great opportunity to interact with our neighbors in a unique way. It’s the one time of the year when our community comes to our door, and this is our chance to Light the Night with the love of Jesus.
As a church, we want to equip you with a few ideas to make this year special:
Go Trick-or-Treating with your neighbors. Form a group and go door to door together.
Prepare small gift baskets or bags to take with you as you go door to door and give them out to your neighbors.
Community Watering hole. Set up a Table with snacks, waters, music, and glowsticks for people to grab on their way around the neighborhood.
Any of these suggestions could build relationships and lead to opportunities to share your faith.
At Grace City Church, we believe in living on mission. That means we are intentional about impacting the world around us for Jesus Christ by serving those within our community.
Our City Groups are leading a serving opportunity at the Orange County Rescue Mission Village of Hope. We will be preparing and serving meals for the residents there all week long starting Oct. 29th. For more information, check out our registration page where you can choose a group to serve with.
Are you a parent committed to raising your children to know and love God? If so, Child Dedication is your next step! Publicly dedicating your family to the Lord is the way you express your commitment to discipleship in your home.
The first milestone in any home when making disciples that make disciples is to make the decision to dedicate your home to the Lord. This life-changing commitment will guide you throughout the rest of your life and make an eternal impact in the life of your children. As a church, we promise to come alongside and equip and support you along the way!
Our City Groups build a loving community that is focused on growing by the Word as we live life together. Each group meets once a week in the homes of our people to go deeper in our relationship with God and with others.
This semester, we will be studying the book of Colossians. We will be learning about our identity as believers as well as God’s supremacy over everything. Register for a group near you today.
We're turning two!! And we want you to plan on coming to our birthday party. It's been such an amazing couple of years. We're inviting you to come and celebrate everything that God has done this year. Plus, after the service, please join us for food trucks and fun for the whole family!

Nathan & Haley Kimbrell are just one of the missionaries Grace City Church supports financially. Join us on Sunday, Sept. 2nd for a special interview style service where we will hear about how God is using the Kimbrell's and their church in Juiz de Fora Brazil to make disciples that make disciples. We will also talk about the importance of making disciples here in Irvine and discuss some practical steps you can take right where you are.
Join us for a barbecue on the beach as we celebrate the end of summer! There will be food, fun, and games for everyone. Please bring a side and your own seating or beach blanket.
We will also be having a baptism after the barbecue for those who have chosen to publicly proclaim their decision to follow Jesus. Baptism declares to the world you’ve trusted Jesus, joined God’s family, and made a commitment to follow Jesus. It’s pretty special! If you have never been baptized after salvation, then baptism is your next step. Click here to register.

Since we will be having two services the day of our Re-Grand Opening, we're inviting everyone to Sit one service and Serve one service on August 5th. Sitting in one service allows you to invite friends to join you for this exciting day. Volunteering in one service ensures that we provide a welcoming environment for all of our first time guest and their children.
We've already experienced one special day this summer as our church changed locations. Now, we're preparing for another very special day when we will invite our entire community to worship with us in our new space.
So, mark your calendars for our Re-Grand Opening on Sunday, August 5th. For the first time ever, we'll have two services on this day so that we have plenty of room for all of our guests. Plus, there will be food trucks for everyone and fun events for the kids afterwards.
Summer Interest Groups are a fun way to connect with people while enjoying common interests. Whether it is hiking, surfing, park playdates, grabbing a coffee, or enjoying a good book, our interest groups will meet every week for an 8 week period starting the week of July 8th. Each week, the group will gather to discuss questions from the previous Sunday's message, encourage each other, pray, and build relationships. To join a Summer Group, click here
Be a part of the fun at Cypress Village Elementary School from 6-8pm on Friday, June 29th. You’ll enjoy playing games, creating crafts, listening to stories, and jumping on inflatables. Kids from three to twelve are welcome! Register your family today!

We're moving one mile up the street to Jeffrey Trail Middle School on June 24th! Why move?
1. We've outgrown our Kids' Ministry space.
2. Jeffrey Middle is a more visible location and is less than a minute from the 5 freeway giving us an opportunity to impact more people in our city with the message of Jesus Christ.
Our location may be changing, but our mission remains the same...Making disciples that make disciples. We've had such an amazing journey so far. We can't wait to see what this next chapter has in store for all of us and for our city.
Grace City Church is planning our first missions trip to Ensenada, Mexico. Our trip will be from May 31st-June 2nd to visit Nueva Amanecer Orphanage. If you are interested in more info, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The last day to secure your place on the trip is May 13th.
